Ivory Tree Game Lodge is large private safari lodge located in the Pilanesberg National Park. The Pilanesberg National Park is located about 3 hours by car from Johannesburg, and it is a malaria-free big five game reserve. There are numerous Stone and Iron Age sites located all over the park, and proof of the presence of man is evident in this 1300 million-year-old crater.

Accommodation:

Ivory Tree Game Lodge is a large and child-friendly safari lodge. The lodge has a modern and warm design. In the main lodge building, there is a lounge and bar area as well as a large pool area. Most dinners at Ivory Tree Game Lodge are served in the open-air boma under the African sky.

At the lodge, there are 59 luxurious suites as well as four ultra luxurious executive suites. The rooms have been carefully coordinated to ensure comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. The Standard Suites are air-conditioned, two twin beds (can be made up as a king-sized bed), ensuite bathrooms with a large bath and outdoor shower. It also has a covered patio, tea, and coffee making facilities as well as a mini bar fridge. The Executive Suites are similar to the standard rooms but have the added amenities of king-sized beds, a private plunge pool and a lounge area complete with fireplace and plasma TV.
