The Loisaba conservancy is one of the best locations in Kenya to view the very endangered wild dog. It is also home to some big cats such as lion, leopard, cheetah, and hyena. Guests will also be able to view elephant, zebra, and buffalo among many other species. All the staff, shepherds and guides are from local Samburu and Masaai tribes, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge about the area, animals and people which they are happy to share with guests.
There is no mobile signal, so guests are offered a rare opportunity to escape into the wild, away from modern-day stress and distractions.

Fishing
Fishing is accessible all year round. Equipment can be supplied along with drinks and a picnic basket
Horse Riding and Camel Safaris
Trekking through the plains on horse or camel is exhilarating. A reasonable degree of riding skill is required for the horses, but if you are somewhat adequate, this is a must trip. The horses have been reared from birth to be accustomed the bush and wildlife, so you can get very close to a herd of zebra or kudu without disturbing them.
Overnight camel camping trips can also be arranged, if you fancy yourself a nomad for the night.
