The Maji has 15 elegant rooms, divided into seven categories. Each room has a private balcony or terrace looking onto the ocean or lush garden. Superior, Deluxe, Garden, Ocean and Jacuzzi suites accommodate between 1-3 guests and contain all 5-star hotel amenities, including TV, mini bar, air conditioning, safes, tea and coffee facilities, and ensuite bathrooms.
Bathrooms have spacious showers, and some have bathtubs. The Jacuzzi Suite has a beautiful Jacuzzi on its private terrace, with great views.
Food at the Maji is an array of gourmet dishes with a blend of Swahili, Mediterranean and Indian influences. Fresh seafood, delicious pastries, and local fruit are some of the foodie highlights here. The chefs are also able to suggest personalized dishes for guests, give them your preferences and create custom menus.
Dining is unique here, not only because of the fantastic food, but also for the locations; you can eat in the communal dining areas, the pool’s Palm Deck, in the gardens, with your feet in the sand of the beach, or your room or balcony.
